Big Brother came over today...

edited August 2012 in Vent
My older brother is constantly scaring my animals. ALL the time. He's so evil. When we lived in the same house he used to torture me... now a days he just comes over and tortures my babies. -__- Today he decided that my little Niko was a doll, not a cat, and he picked him up and started throwing him over his head. I attacked him and he dropped my cat, who ran off terrified, but was okay. Then, while I screamed at him to get out, he started laughing and tried to pick my rat up by the tail!! He would've succeeded if LoLo hadn't bitten him. I swear, as mush as I love animals, he hates them. We're the complete opposite in EVERYTHING. I'm tiny, he's huge. I try to be serious, he goofs off. I yell, he laughs. If yelling doesn't work and a serious talk didn't, I don't know what will. I definitely can't beat him, he just picks me up and throws me like he does my cat. It's gotten to a point where I lock my doors and pretend to be out whenever he comes over. But I can't avoid him forever. I start to miss my brother of course. He's all the family I've got here. If only he didn't find a way to ruin every single visit I would actually enjoy hanging out with him. All I know is that my animals definitely don't like him coming over, and if he keeps this up i'll be choosing them over him. -__-
Goodbye old VP, hello disaster. xD

 • I'm sure Laru or Cash taking a chunk out of his arm would deter him :3 Or I could send Bam out there and he could sit on your brother until be suffocates. You could even let your class' dogs use him as a dummie thing, just forget to put a suit on him. Do you have snakes? They could use his neck to stretch their muscles. Your cats could use him as a scratching post. If you want to leave your animals out of it you could just run him over with an ATV. See, so many possibilities just pick one!

In all seriousness I would probably give him the old shoulder until he shaped up, even if it is a little childish. Your brother sounds horrible.

You'd need a pretty big snake, and an agressive one at that, to do any sort of damage XD Even our friends full grown female red tail (aprox.6-7 feet, weighs more than my two year old) doesn't do much squeezing when she's around your neck, just enough to hold on - kinda like a heavy scarf. :P

Perhaps you could go visit him at his place, instead of him coming over to yours? Or ask him to call ahead, and put all the animals he could be rough with in a safe location?

 • Emme! <3 Long time no speaketh. Even Cash tries to avoid him. 6'5 and 250 something pounds. I don't have a snake big enough. O.o I've tried the cold shoulder, maybe i'll try the colder shoulder. -__o

RockStar, LoLo's never bitten anyone in his life, I was really surprised. He knows my brother's voice and will climb to the top of his cage to defend it when Zoran comes around now. xD

I rarely have the time to drive to his house, so that's not really an option. We don't really plan when we see each other. I've asked multiple times, he sort of gets offended or just doesn't listen. I don't think there are any Zoran proof rooms in this house that I could lock them in when he comes over. xD

To be clear, he's never actually hurt one of my pets, he just terrorizes/annoys. Which is still bad. :/ But it's not like he tries to seriously injure them or anything like that. I just hate the way he treats them and I don't underetand how he finds it so funny. :/ Even my family laughs when he does things like this in front of them.

 • ... Zoran sounds like a 6'5 250 pound guy kinda name. You could get a guard elephant!!! You could steal a baby elephant away from the circus a d train him to guard you useing a clicker ;) or you could get a giraffe. Personally, I'd go with a giraffe because they can kick people and be all like "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" and you could ride it around your island bareback and cause a ruckus! Plus, I just like giraffes. So.... The moral if the story is get a giraffe then send it to me.. Or something like that :D

 • I know it does. Godzilla is an even better name.

Zoran IS a giraffe. If I bought another giraffe they would fall in love with each other's tallness and get married. Then I'd send them both to your house for their honey moon. And then you could have TWO giraffes to kick their long legs and be all "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!" at the same time. It would be super intimidating. Though , if ZoZo starts picking your dogs up by the tail, I warned you.

 • Hmm, I don't think so. I like giraffe giraffes. Not people giraffes. You'll have to do better and just train the giraffe to use its natural ability and kick you brother senseless. If he happened to be stupid enough to pick my slog up by the tail then I regret to inform you that I must then have to run over your brother with one of my fathers 18 wheelers. Load hitched to the back and all.

 • Do not worry, i warned him of picking your slog up. He's been temporarily trained and sent to your house along with giraffe wife. They'll make a beautiful addition to your tiny yard. I already tried running Zoran over... he broke the truck. I tried using my grandfather's train (which he totally has), and Zoran broke that as well. I guess ZoZo is just someone that we can't get rid of. However, he is your problem now. Try not to fall for his tall muscle-ness and great sense of humor, cause then giraffe wife will be jealous and beat you with her large knees.

Thanks.

 • Hmm, if you send him with one of those little shock collar things I might be able to teach him table manners and to not bark when some one rings the doorbell. Ehh... Why does your grandfather have a train? I wish my grandpa was cool like that. And for your information my yard is not that small. It's not the bajillion acres I want when I'm older but is got a nice view and enough room to set up agility drills. Even more now that we moved the dogs little pen thingy. Plus it's on a mountain and I happen to love my mountain. So there.
