Last nigh my boyfriend accidentally locked our new kitten in the bed room and to no surprise he pooped on the carpet. I woke up right away and put him out of the room and when I cleaned up his poop I noticed it was runny and there was blood in it. He hasn't been acting strange, he has been playful and eating normally. Although we have been feeding him lots of people food and treats. we just can't resist his little kitten face
does anyone know what could be wrong?

Normally I wouldn't worry about it unless he starts throwing up, refusing food or being lethargic. Usually it's just something they ate not sitting properly.

I figured it wasn't too big of a deal but I'd rather be safe than sorry
I noticed with my kitten sometimes the food was too hard for him when he was little. Soemone I know had that happen as well. It is just a little rough on them i guess.

My cat did that a lot of times and we took it to the vet and they said the cat had kidney stones. They fixed it the first time. Came back and they had to put him down because they didn't want him to suffer. I only had him for 1-2yrs. Got him on my birthday and 1-2 years later, on my day of my birthday party, they had to put him down. I was crying for weeks.

He isn't acting any different so I wasn't extremely concerned. I know a lot of people who play this game are very knowledgeable about animals so I thought I should ask here first to see if anyone could reassure my feelings. (: he hasn't had any bloody poop since then so I guess everything is fine!
