Wow, this really makes me mad! I have been trying to dye a dog for a player for about a month now but everytime I go in to dye it, Paypal sends me an error message saying the transaction could not be completed! I have made a Paypal account, tried four different cards, everything, but nothing works! This really makes me mad and I dont know what to do! I have no clue if it is a problem on Paypal or VP's side of the transaction, but either way it makes me mad.........

    If they are gift or cards you buy at a store, have you registered the cards online? Many of them, prior to use for PayPal, have to be registered online to your address. There is probably a website on the card where you can go and do that

    No, they are just simple credit cards. I just don't get why it is not working because I have used all of thoes cards before to buy stuff on VP and they are my main cards. I emailed PayPal so hopefully I will get a response soon.
