• I measured the wall and found out it's closer to 7 feet then 6. I don't know how to Kujo proof the fence because its not like he's climbing over, he's literally just flying over it with no problem. The only way I could stop him from doing that is by making the wall taller. :/ Any suggestions?

 • Maybe he is bored. My dog used to do the same thing, so my friend suggested doing agility with her and she stopped. Also you could put big toys (agility tunnels, a rope in a tree, etc) to keep him occupied.

 • LOL.

I laugh at the idea that Kujo is bored. XD (sorreh) EVERY tree on my property belongs to him and has one or two tires/ropes/toys on it. He also works the spring pole well every single day. Adding to all that we go hunting or tracking three times a week, on two long walks every morning and evening, AND he chases my goat around all day. We are never NOT doing anything except for when he's just too tired. Like right now. The only time we're ever apart is when he uses the bathroom. Which is always when he decides to jump the wall. -_- I'm thinking the only solutions are to build the wall higher or watch him every single second and physically teach him not to jump over. :/

 • Don't know if this will work, and I don't know how big your yard is or what kind of fence you have, but I might suggest instead of building solid at first, try hanging sheets or something similar that will lean from the top of the fence into the yard... Let me see if I can paint a picture with words.

If you have a wood fence, first thing would be to put in a support system. Can use 2x2s nailed to the top of the fence posts, but pointing into the yard a foot or two, like an upside down "L". At the corners, attach a heavy duty twine or clothes line. Hang sheet over this and then flip them up, across the 2X2s and over the top of the fence. Staple down twine or line on the ends of the 2x2s and tack downthe loose ends.If this works, you can change it out later for lattice work or something that looks better than if you left your sheets to dry on the fence. If he tries to jump it, he most likely won't be able to clear it and it'll come down with him and you can put it back up and he won't try again. But I doubt he tries to jump it.

 • Fantastic! Even the sheets would look better then the fold over chairs that are up there now. O.o lol
Thank you! Im going to try it and see how Kujos brain tries to figure this one out.
