There are no sites that make the layout for you entirely. There is no easy, overnight way to learn HTML, CSS, web standards, and web design. If you want to create layouts for yourself, you have to learn it. When you are looking at web design/programming (HTML, CSS, javascript, PHP, etc.) you need to consider the fact that they are basically entirely new languages. It takes time, practice, and dedication to learn a new language. People don't just give that away for free. There is no way for a site to just hand over code (that they worked hard on) so someone else can take the credit for it. <br><br>There are thousands of sites that offer tutorials, guides, and material to learn HTML, CSS, etc. You can find lots of them by doing a google search. You will want to start off with basic HTML and maybe basic CSS, as if you try to jump into a full fledged CSS inspired design, you're going to be way over your head. Lissaexplains is an alright site to begin with. It's outdated, but it's still not a bad place to start.<br><br>There are programs (like Dreamweaver) that you can use to design, but keep in mind that the code isn't exactly fantastic, and if you have no understanding of HTML/CSS/design, it's a useless tool. Programs like that are only as good as the knowledge you have, and if you have to rely on a program to do your work for you, there's no point in even claiming you can design (in my opinion).
