How do I reactivate an Old account?

    You will have to contact support for the activation code. Please provide the kennel ID or the playername/kennel name that is on the account. If you already have an account, but no current sponsor, we generally won't reactivate your old account as that would be a violation of the multiple accounts rule. Also, if for some reason the email on the old account is unable to be accessed, you will have to prove ownership as well.
