A Few Sponsor Account Questions

Ok so I finally got my first sponsor account and I have a few questions.

1. I see that I have imports when I view the my kennel tab but how do you know how many you have? All I see is that it says "you have dogs left to import"

2. Sponsors get unlimited turns correct? Mine still says 47 turns available.

3. I know sponsor accounts can have up to 9 additional accounts so is this per sponsor or per player?

4.When creating new accounts after getting a sponsor can you use the same e-mail and password for each account?

5. Do you have to link all your accounts to your sponsor?

Thanks in advance for anyone who answers

All I see is that it says "you have dogs left to import"
On the index page (when you first login) there is a dropdown menu along with gender selection dots. Above this in relatively small text will be "Import Dog: (You have xx dogs left to import)"

2. Sponsors get unlimited turns correct? Mine still says 47 turns available.
If the upgrade has been processed this may be a bug. All my sponsored accounts show that 200 turns are available, even though it is unlimited. If your turns balance goes down when you take a turn still, you may wish to submit a ticket to support.

3. I know sponsor accounts can have up to 9 additional accounts so is this per sponsor or per player?
Per sponsor account you may have 9 novice accounts for a grand total of 10 accounts. If you have two sponsored accounts, the effect is doubled accordingly.

4.When creating new accounts after getting a sponsor can you use the same e-mail and password for each account?
Yes, in fact using the same email is recommended. Using the same password is up to you.

5. Do you have to link all your accounts to your sponsor?
You do not have to, but if you are transferring dogs between your sponsor and subsidiary kennels, linking will preserve loyalty.
 • Thank you for the answers Aziu I was looking on the wrong tab for the imports and now see that I have 20. As for the turns I just have gotten the sponsor account right before I posted this thread. As soon as I placed the order and made payment I had sponsor status; not sure if this has anything to do with the turns still being low. I will give it some time and if the turns don't change I'll send in a ticket.
 • A note about the turns, you have to take all the turns until it hits 0, and then it will refill to the permanent 200.

 • Thanks for the info Anastasia I was thinking this would be the case.

One more question regarding event entries fees. When you create an event you get the entry fees that other players pay to enter your events correct? If so is their any way to know how much you are making on the fees; is the only way under the finances tab?

Yes, whatever entry fee you have set will go directly into your account. You can tell the earnings by two ways -- the finance tab and by multiplying the entries with the entry fee. If you have 16 entries and the entry fee was 1k, you made 16k off of that event. :)
