Log in to your PayPal account.<br>Go to My Account and find the transaction that is set up as recurring, but not completed. It'll say "created" under payment status.<br>Click Details on that payment<br>Click Cancel and confirm you wish to cancel the customer profile.
<span style="font-size:85"><span style="color:#0000FF">I believe you can put in a ticket with all your information in it. Do you still have the email confirming your purchase? (: that could come in handy as well. I don't know if admin1 or admin2 will need it but you never know.</span></span>
If you used a credit card, you really don't have to worry. Virtual Pups doesn't store payment information, so it wouldn't be able to do a recurring charge even if it tried. <br><br>As Bobcat said though, you can just send in a ticket. You'll just need to include the email address/last name for the purchase, and that you would like the subscription for that removed.
