Sore Legs :(

so im lying down as per usual, and all of a sudden sharp pains through both my legs, and then pins and needles, and ouch I cannot move my legs... so not comfy... and in pain

Leg cramps? : /<br><br>I get them when I'm in deep sleep, imagine waking up to those in the middle of the night and they last for ten minutes or more.
