Finally! :D
64 imports later, I bred my bloodhounds with 89.8 (mom) and 89.3 (dad) hypers, and FINALLY got a pup with a 91.5 hyper! =D Bringing up the hyper is extremely horrible with this breed -.- However 91.5 is the highest hyper for this breed.
