Program Mutt Restared!
Well mutts have been geting up there in numbers again(as of today there are 8363 so why not restart the program? Sorry to say this is a no prize event, although I may hold a few contest on who can realase/retire the most mutts in the certain time period and that will have a prize.<br><span style="font-size:150">How Program Mutt Works</span><br>It's pretty simple! All you do is buy realse and retire mutts! You also have the chocie of keeping track of how many you have done.
