Help Novices?

Everyone was a novice at one point and time. And if you dont know what your doing you could blow all of your money so fast on dogs that you "Think" are good. I would like to help Novices out, maybe give them a few good trained dogs they could event to get money and donate a little bit of money to the ones that need it and are serious. With that being said i would like to start up some kind of Novice help program. Im pretty sure we had one a while back. I dont think there is one anymore. Well anyway, Im not sure how to go about starting this. Dose anyone have any ideas?
