Why so noisy?

Every single night my dad talks on the phone to his girlfriend, if I interrupt I have to say what I want quickly, and he gets grumpy when you tell him to be quiet (as early i asked politely if he could use headphones or turn down the noise on his laptop and he was like no). In our house I sleep right above the TV and Sofa area of the Lounge, and he sits on the phone talking to his girlfriend and is rather loud about it, and then he complains i go to bed too late... but i cant sleep, Im sure ive told him to be quiet before and he hasnt listened. <br><br>Kudos for reading
