Happy vent *I'm easily excited*
I don't know how long the Sims 3 has been out but it's been at least two years, I think. I've had the game sitting on a shelf collecting dust since then because the old computer I had wasn't up to the requirements for it. I bought a new computer last summer and made sure it would work with my game because, well, I'm a sims freak and why not get a good desktop computer, right? Well, I brought the computer home, set it all up in my bedroom, installed all my must-have programs and then I tried putting the sims 3 onto it. It'd stop halfway through the installation and come up with an error every time I tried! This devastated me (dramatic xD). I gave the disc to my friend and asked her if it worked on her computer and it did. She has the same game so I borrowed hers instead and installed it yesterday. It worked! I played it for a bit last night, loved it, and bought sims 3 pets this morning and it's still installing. :] The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I bought a $50 sims 3 disc that didn't even work for me. That's frustrating. 
<br><br>But- HAPPY VENT. I'm obviously easily excited. xD But it's cool, okay?!<br><br>On another note, sorry for neglecting VP! I've only been peeking around the forums on my iPhone and haven't really had any urges to go onto the VP website... Hopefully my interest restores itself soon!
