I absolutely CAN NOT stand when people "talk lik dis" online. We go to school, and grammar class for the very reason of learning how to spell/type/talk like a human being. Seriously, it annoys me to the point where I feel like punching the computer screen. XD Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.

Agreed Pumpkin! I used to talk like that when I was younger, but then I started to realise that I couldnt understand anyone when they talked to me like that, so then I started using proper english and its much easier to understand people when they use english

I'm fine with text talk unless you have a full keyboard infront of you... If you're on a computer, you should use full words, same with full keyboard phones. I feel its a waste to have a full keyboard phone if you're only gonna type lke ths, its not that hard to hit a few extra keys.

I think anyone should type how they feel, even if it makes them sound uneducated. It is the internet, and there isn't any grammar set rules.

I used to talk like that up until eighth grade, when I realized I sounded uneducated and people made fun of me for being immature -__- Now it doesn't really bother me since once you're past high school, a lot of people stop with the txt talk (at least hopefully) but I do know quite a few people on a social networking site that t@lK Lyk DiZz and I just want to tear my hair out. Also, people exchange their g's for q's, like "iiM t@lkiiNq to Y0u" or they didn't really pay attention in english class because all of their sentences Look Like This, Because They Never Learned When A Word Should Be Capitalized Or Not. But, to each his own.

Agreed! -_- And when they say stuff like "pail" instead of "pale" it irks me! Especially when a 25 year old guy whos been to college talks like that to me. -_-

Lol, the think that bothers me most is when people say da instead of the, and yo instead of your. I find that highly obnoxious, especially when they are educated and know how to type.XD
