What is K9 Heaven?

It's a kennel on VP, but is it actually owned? I never see them online nor do they have a layout or anything....what is it?

    Its where your dogs go when they pass on or are released/retired. Perhaps an Op checks into the kennel every now and then?, but when ive been to the kennel its generally been inactive for months. Its not played on.

    None of the Ops have the password/username to canine heaven, only the game owner can get it. It is not played on but the dogs can't be rescued from the kennel. If your dog is retired or passes on it is forever and irreversible.
