Another dumb question I need answered

I just upgraded my kennel. and now I plan on starting my own line of Danish-Swedish Farm Dogs. My question is -deep breath- how many import pairs do I need to begin with?

    As many as youd like. Ive seen upwards of hundreds, however personally i dont worry about "inbreeding" so i use a 4 line and just keep cross breeding.
