Another Day Off

So, my school is super cool and has had construction for the past two years. Yes, it's sarcasm. My school is terrible! Annnnyway, so yesterday during the holiday, something happened with the heating system they installed and heating fluid flooded 16+ classrooms. It's supposed to be non-toxic but made such a huge mess and ruined computers and other school-owned materials, along with possessions of my teachers. I'm really nervous about getting back to school and seeing if anything in my locker was ruined as well. I'll be very mad :x So, yesterday they shut down school for clean up. How am I spending yet another day off? Well, on VP of course. And that's accompanied by a venture into the rain, shoveling all the ice from my driveway so that it wouldn't make a terrible mess when it freezes tonight. xD I came in soaking wet, but it was worth it ---my mother is taking me to lunch for all the hard work. Haha,sorry if this kinda seemed like a pointless post, but I was bored and I figured I'd tell you about my day.

I no how you feel -.- I am stuck in this tiny school while ours gets redone. It's horrible, 3 floors so you are going up and down and up and down. We don't have heat in a few of the rooms, our lunch from is basically 2 feet by 4 feet, we have to wear socks in gym and the gym is tiny. Every one hates! The worst is the halls, they are 2cm wide so the kids desire to make a huge block up and just stand there. I hate it.

Haha, my school had construction last year.. It consisted of workers banging around on the roof with hammers for months.. so distracting. Apparently they were fixing leaks, but once they left, it started leaking again. -_- All that for nothing. That's how I spend days off, too.. VP from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, then I get to shovel. Yay.

I hate when that happens, when your behind in school work too T.T In my last year of school about a few weeks before school was near ending and everything is due in, so everyone was in a rush to get everything done like normal leave stuff to the last minute, we had a drunk 16 year old set half a block of classes on fire, ended up with the school closed fore a week. Didn't help with getting stuff in time =.=', but enjoyed the week off. Still have photos laying around somewhere.

I'm waiting for the day that the biggest block in my school collapses (hopefully with no one in it!) It's literally got cracks running all over it, doors slam shut because the whole building is on a angle and whenever it rains they have to shut 2 of the classrooms and all of the staff rooms because they flood -.- The most ridiculous thing though, is that the school just built an extremely expensive (I'm talking in the millions) THEATRE! A stupid theatre of all things! We don't even get to use it. The same happened when they spend 50k on cricket nets and all students are banned from using them, like, what is the point in that? They're being pulled down too because they've been deemed useless. Well, duh. So yeah point of that mini rant... my school fails at allocating money towards fixing classrooms. I've never been given a day off school for anything in my whole 13yrs at school. We just don't get them here in Australia $:\$

Yea, my school spent $6million on a heating system that has already had two issues and it was put in during the summer. What a waste,our district is in a budget freeze and may have to cut music/art programs among other things and yet they choose to spend money on a faulty heating system. Seems pointless to me.
