I will be judging these all individually. This way, if you like making banners, but can't do layouts you won't be penalized. There will only be one winner for each category! I want to enter the siggy and avatar contest. ((I'll see if I can muster up some coding for a layout as well.)) Only problem is, I'm not quiet sure how to made the siggy a link to your kennel. But I'll go ahead and make it anyways... I'll edit this post when I'm done.
