Argh, Grr, Blah... Yeah...

Whiskey, overall, is a very good dog. He listens when I give a command, doesn't do stuff he isn't supposed to and is just a well trained, well behaved dog... When I am around.

Honestly, I was gone for no more than an hour and a half... I come home and the place is a disaster. Ripped paper all over the place, shoes all over the place, door handle ripped off and a comforter just ripped to shreds... Not to mention my alligator head that I got from Florida on my birthday a few years back literally eaten. It was honestly the coolest thing I had and now all that is left is the teeth. Crate training is out of the question... Between him and Clover they managed to break him out... Clover being on the outside. I can put things away and yet they still manage to find things...

Worst of all, their basket of toys was untouched and just the way I left it when I left...

 • Does he have separation anxiety? I fostered an american bulldog (well, seved him from my sister, but that's a long story) and he had intense seperation anxiety. If he couldn't see me he'd start howling "mommy mommy I love you" (no joke, my friend actually pointed out that's what it sounded like). One day when we had to leave he chewed his way out of his metal crate, chewed through my bedroom door, and ate my hairbrush. I just had to work with him by leving the room for short periods at first, then leaving the house when he got comfortable with that... and lots of long walks. Eventually he calmed down and realized us leaving wasn't a reason to freak out.
