Haha, well my family is made of skiers. My brother is on the race team and we're up there all the time. It just doesn't feel like Christmas in New York without snow and without being able to ski - that's what my break is supposed to be spent doing. It's strangely warm up here for this time of year. Global warming? Tsk, tsk. Lol
Haha, but there's always someone complaining that it's too cold up here. Quite annoying - why do you live up north if you don't want to deal with the cold? Haha, I love snow. It's so beautiful honestly. Everyone talks about moving down south sometime later in life, but i'm pretty sure I would miss the wintry weather too much. xD
Lol.. I love snow, but I guess I can understand how it would be annoying if you had to live in it year round. That's why it would be so super nice if it would just snow in the winter. That way, we could still take the horses to the beach and such.
O.o It's raining here too, which is pretty freaky.... It's started snowing once, and halfheartedly at that... and I'm almost in Canada. I'm pretty excited that it's going to be the first christmas that my daughter actually knows what's going on, though. I can't wait to take pictures of her unwrapping her presents XD.

Edit: Yay, another New Yorker! lol

That's what I love about New York ---granted, it doesn't get as warm as Florida in the summer--- but it has a nice balance of the seasons. It's nice that way.

I know, it snows for like maybe half an hour, not even enough to stay. And then rain washes it away anyway. And, the problem is that it's not even cold enough to make snow where I ski. It needs to be like 28 degrees and it's not even close to that. Haha.

Awwe, how cute! That'll definitely be some fun. (;

Oh, and New York rocks! haha

I'm bumming about no snow! Christmas is, what, 3 days away? You need to enjoy snow if you live in Maine, because it sticks around until March! I got some awesome pictures of it last year. Really, though, it does not feel like Christmas! It was 51 degrees today! My tech teacher is all alarmed, he says it's because "the atmosphere is changing around because of pollution".
Man, I miss being a kid excited for Christmas...
now I'm too busy worrying what to get everyone and how much it's gonna cost me to even realize that Christmas is 3 days away -_-
I've already spent 300-400$ on my mom, dad, sister, brother, boyfriend, and dog together...that doesn't include anyone else.
And it only gets worse when you have bills, gas, and a parking ticket to pay. -__________-

Enjoy your youth while you can.

And it's suppose to be 80 degrees here in FL for Christmas!
>.> I was outside in a t-shirt and shorts this morning I was sweaty too xD It was only like 40 something... I'm enjoying the lack of snow >.> and the nice temps still I haven't moved the goats yet, it can snow once they get moved... Yeah for lack of wisco snow!
It doesn't really get very hot or very cold over here near London... Well, it can get up to 80 on a rare occasion in Summer, and around 30 in mid-winter. It's currently around 50 now, it's so mild... All it seems to do is rain though. It did snow for a couple of hours this time last week though, but it soon rained what little snow there was got washed away. Just as well really - Britain goes into a meltdown panic when it snows more than a few inches xD

I'm strangely not too excited about Christmas this year... Except the food. I'm looking forward to that
