Rotten Layouts:

We'll, It's been enforced that I SUCK at banners. I know how to make my own, the way I atleast think looks good haha; however, I've been making layouts for players and most arn't pleased with the banners, but love the layouts. Let me inform you, I have a new computer and my fonts and main photo/graphic maker died with it. Whatever I downloaded struck my computer with a virus, so I've been extremely cautious of any downloading. To the point, untill I pay for a photo-editing software.. my banners will be limited to Paint.NET which means I can get a great shot, but limited to photo-blending and color altering.
