Fun Riding Day :D

I had the most fun riding today!<br><br>I went over to my friend's house this morning to do some fun riding and help with some younger kids with their riding, and after the kids got done I had some fun with a gaited horse.<br>I don't really like riding gaited horses but they are fun to mess around on every once in a while. The kids were using the little kid saddle so the stirrups were too short so I decided not to use them. After a while I decided to drop my reins too.<br>So I spent about 20 minutes with no reins or stirrups acting like an idiot but it was SOOO much fun! My legs are SO sore though, I had to use my legs to steer and it was a lot more painful than I intended but totally worth it!<br><br>I'll have to post pictures later, they are quite entertaining!

    <br><br>it was so much fun!<br>My friend has all the pictures, I'm just waiting for her to email them to me ^.^<br><br>I have not decided yet. I did go visit the mini and the QH again and I'm leaning towards the QH. If I do get him it won't be until January or possibly even later, maybe not even until the spring.

    Cool! Yeah, it would probably be more convenient if you didn't get him till then. <br>I don't know what to think about Nita.. I want to get her but riding at my friends house (he offered to sell me his horse cause I LOVEEE to ride him lol.) and talking to my friend (hes probably gonna get a horse and keep it where I can take care of it for him here since he travels alot.) makes me rethink even looking at her but yet if I back down now my friend might be irritated because she feels that were gonna be perfect for each other and she has held her for me because of that. Who knows, I might go visit her and shes perfect for me. LOL.

    Would it hurt to get Nita but still help your friend take care of his horse Myst? Trust me... from someone who knows, even taking full responsibility of someone elses horse doesnt make it yours. They can always come back and take it or decided that they want to sell it and you have no control over it. And its painful...
