Sooo I just read about it and they have all 12 of the district emblems up ANNNNNNND the movie comes out March 23, 2012!! I'm soooooo freaking excited!!! I told Brian we are gonna go see it opening night haha i can't wait!

Garn!!! Thats what im doing for my birthday!!! It always seems that the movies i most wanna see come out close to my birthday!! Last year it was Alice in Wonderland bwa ha ha!! Im soooooo EXCITED!!!!! Where id live id be in D4 xD We get FINNICK!! MWA HA HA!! The rest of the world shall weap XDDDD Pluuuus apparently people from our district are strong and gorgeous!! I'm in District 11. xD A harvester, apparently. The trailer, I have to say, was absolutely HORRIBLE for this movie. I hope the movie itself is much, much better.

=O i actually didnt hate it. I mean, obviously its a scene. Not really a trailer in my mind. Its just enough to get people who DONT know what the HG's are interested and wanting to find out and to get the ones who do excited to where theyre curious enough to look it up themselves. Its clever xD When they come out with a trailer that is actually showing clips from the entire movie then ill judge how i think its goin

xD ive read em 4 times XD I absolutely LOOOVE the Hunger Games. Like.... ohhh my gosh! I cannot wait for the movie. Ive learned to seperate books from movies in my head because i watch ever book turned movie i can and a lot disappoint. Id rather have low expectations with a suprise than high expectations that sucked.

Actually, everyone who hasn't read the books who's seen the trailer, ones that I've spoken to anyway xD, have no interest in seeing the movie whatsoever based on the trailer because it.. doesn't actually show anything the movie's about. Just... running, and the mockingjay pin. My husband was all "Wait, so.. This is a trailer? Wow. It's rather boring. ._. You say this book's about kids killing each other? From the trailer I thought it'd be some lame elf or vampire drama. Another Twilight movie perhaps?"

xDD i see what your sayin. I did think it was pretty anticlimactic myself. Excited about the movie but like i said. It wasnt truely a "Trailer" in my mind.

remember though that it was just a 'teaser trailer', they haven't released the actual trailer yet.

I'm kind of excited for the movie. I read the first book two years ago before it became popular, my friend and I got the 3rd book the day it came out but waited until our trip to Europe to even read it which was last November and the third book had come out that August (the 24th I believe!). That's hardcore lol. But I feel like it's simply turning into Twilight which I can't stand the stupid fan-girl thing. There are already Team Peeta and Team Gale things going on >.< But overall I am happy to see Lionsgate doing the movie and I like most of the cast. AND I'm seeing it the night it comes out so I'm sure it will be fun!

Am I the only person who REALLY liked the first book if only because I was hoping all three books would be like it in terms of 'fight to the death' 'utopia' survival? I can't even bring myself to reread that last book after the first.. quarter of it or so. Reading it the first time just put me to sleep xD;

Haha I've read all of them and I'm buying them soon. Found them all for sale at walmart xD I can't wait to go see the movie but i wont watch a trailer unless its the ACTUAL trailer lol my boyfriend didnt know anything about it so i explained and he was like "Sounds badass" and said he would take me opening night xD haha! Im excited!

Same! I loved the the first book the most! It is the one that got me hooked! I like the whole idea of getting thrown into an arena to battle and with "mutts" and "nature" and game makers. Im from district in no district :shock: they cut me off from the map... well I was closest to 13.

As far as the movie goes I AM DEFIANTLY GOING AT MIDNIGHT NO EXCEPTIONS! I didn't like the trailer though... the first thing I would do is rip of that red trim.

I loved the first book... I could put up with the 2nd. I hated the 3rd... I bought the trilogy set on my kindle, and I had cleared the 1st in like a day. The second took a week. and the 3rd took me almost a month... So boring (as people were saying) Anyways some people don't like the actress, they chose... But she's almost exactly how I pictured Katnip Team Gale :P

I agree wheaty. When they first showed Katniss i heard soo many people complaining about how Katniss wasnt blond and she wasnt dark and i was like.. people... its called hair dye and a spray tan! Her face is PERFECT for Katniss and thats what counts! And once people saw the posted they were like.. .wait.... she's great =D

I'm excited xD the person I'm disappointed with is Gale, but thats only cause he's Miley Cyrus's boyfriend... xD Anyways: How did people mind there districts? xD I'm missing something...
