RIP my sweet angel

So some of you may know about my dog Lucky he was getting arthritis and just wasn't doing all that good. So sadly my parents had to take him to the vets to have him put to sleep on 10/4/11. I'm really sad I wasn't there to say my final goodbye as I am now in college and living and hour and half away so I found out about it today when I came home for the weekend..this day has been the worst day I think I have ever had...I'm really upset but I'm happy for him because I know he is no longer in pain..I'll never forget why I named him Lucky.. when we got him from the shelter his name was Luke and I named him Lucky because he was lucky to have met us...but in all actually I was the lucky one to have had met him and be able to spend 6 wonderful years with him. Lucky passed away on 10/4/11 at 4:00 in the afternoon, he was the age of 10 years old and was the best dog anyone could of asked for. he will be missed by everyone but especially me he was my baby, my angel and i don't think i will ever be able to find another dog quite like him. I know everyone says you have to move on and everything but when I do I won't forget all the wonderful memories spent with him.. He was a gorgeous dog! People say you have to forget it and move on. But you don't have to forget it. He will still be in your heart. Hes never gone. So, yes you have to keep going, but don't forget him, you will remember him, but still keep going. Make a memorial with his things and like a scrapbook or photo album of him and make a special box or case for his things and it. Then if your going through hard times you can go there and be reminded of him. RIP Lucky!
