"RULES" <ul class="bb-list-unordered">1. I won't alter the layout too much to your specifications. This is the style! (: 2. Please be observant of who has ordered ahead of you. If you're going to order, make sure no one ahead of you has ordered and not recieved yet. 3. You may use the "mini banner" anywhere, as long as you're telling people that I created it (sometimes I don't put a copyright). 4. I won't add backgrounds as my computer won't view them for some reason and I can't know that I need to fix/readjust them, sorry! 5. Write your "four text titles" in the order that you'd like them displayed on your layout. Saves me 5 minutes of changing them around. 6. All contracts to Saygeiful - please send them as soon as possible to avoid forgetting. </ul>

I played around with it a bit and gave you two different layouts to choose from (only different by placing a banner in a different area. xP) I also didn't add any light blue. It really didn't go with the whole spooky theme, I hope that's alright! One question, did you get permission to use these photos or are they yours? I have to be sure if they don't come from deviantart, flickr, or corbis, because sometimes I just don't know. :]

I'll take your word for it, normally corbis photos have a watermark in the corner though.
