Freeze/cap

Is there still a freeze/cap on how much VPC you can have in a single kennel? I know there used to be and it was like 300 or 400 mill. I haven't heard anything recently and was just wondering if this was still in affect

    I don't know for sure, but the majority of overall coding is the same in the game right now, so I would think it was still in effect.

    I believe the freeze cap is still in effect and the 300-400 mil sounds about right, although I do not know the exact cut-off.

    It's not 300mill, I've been over that, but I've not made it to 400mill, so I have no idea.
