Boarding Kennals?

Im going to buy a new sponser soon with my new novice, but Im curious as to if what I hear about boarding kennals is true? I dont know if I read it wrong or what but I think it was something about them leaving the game.. anyone know? :shock:

There hasn't even been any sort of suggestion, let alone discussion among Ops that boarding kennels would leave, so my guess is it's a rumor.
