Question on Selling Fame Points

Okay I read something the other day saying that people can sell there fame points. and I was just wondering if anybody knew how and if they could explain it to me? =]] Thanks.

    <span style="font-size:85">You use your available fame points. They send you their dog on a contract and you can add one point to a stat of a dog. It won't change their birth stats or the stats in the brackets, but for hyper/courage/adaptability/aggression/friendly/loyalty, if it's hard to boost, then it could help to add some points there before training so, say, hyper will go higher once groomed.<br><br>You can "Improve a K9!" on the My Skills page which you can find in Management.</span>
