I can't stand when I need a trainer, they have tons of refs and say they can finish the dog within 20 minutes then log off halfway through. Not only that, they don't read the dogs notes and don't train the dog the way I said. I know things come up and people have a life, but couldn't you contact the owner of the dog and say you need to go? That way the owner of the dog has a chance to get the dog back and find a different trainer... Ugh...

No I totally understand.

I literally just had someone log off after negotiating and accepting a contract. Then they come back and train it WRONG.

I can see why you can be annoyed by this, but at the same time, maybe someone really does have to do something at that moment and doesn't have time to always PM the owner...I know this from life experience... On the other hand, incorrect training is just WRONG when the correct way is just written clearly in the dogs notes... I do have an issue with people who clearly insist on putting the training notes everywhere but the dogs notes though o.O
