Praise for the Staff of VP

Everyone is angry/frustrated/upset, but not me! I'm happy as can be! Even though my imports went missing, the staff is kindly replacing them (even if they don't have to). <br><br>Even with the huge ticket submissions, the staff of VP has been professional, kind and quick. Not only that, but if you look here: <a href="http://virtualpups.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=75861"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">viewtopic.php?f=13&t=75861</a> some of the OPs (Let's not forget the members as well!) have even offered cheap training out of the goodness of their hearts. <br><br>So cheers to you Staff as you sift your way through tickets, trainings, breedings, helping, complaints, arguments and possibly rudeness. You guys are awesome! Keep up the amazing work!<br><br>(And to all the others of VP, please remember "You catch more flies with sugar than vinegar!" and don't forget a "Please" and "Thank You" now and again as it goes a long way!"

This is an inconvenient situation for everyone, and I am soo impressed with how the staff of this game is all offering their extra time to answer questions, tickets, and provide their services to help clean up a mess that is soo out of their control. I work at Wendy's, and I know dealing with unhappy customers is extremely frustrating. You guys are seriously doing a phenomenal job.<br><br>I'm so glad to be apart of this community. <br>Huge thanks to admin1 & Nate, the fabulous ops, and the wonderful players. <3 </span>

  • I agree completely!! I'm even up for a few free trainings if needed 0.0 (dont know when i will be on seeing as how im going on vacation and moving soon though lol) I think they are doing a wonderful job of handling this! <3 I was freaking out cause my dogs were missing so i checked the forums to see what had happened and Bama had already made a post explaining it! She was a step ahead of me and she stayed patient and super kind through all the "arguing" and "rudeness" <3
  • Aww, you all do my heart good. <br><br>Players have been absolutely awesome through this, which made it a lot easier. Even when a player was rude, we know it was because they were upset and it was something to be upset over, even though we were doing all we could. And it never failed, even after answering a ticket that was rude, the next ticket or next few tickets were ones of understanding and courtesy. That's invaluable.<br><br>The way players chipped in trying to help others find their missing dogs, offering trainings and the like really did make my heart expand with good feelings. We do have an great game, even if it does through us curve balls from time to time.
