My puppy needs a name...

Long story short, I work at a shelter. Need I say more? My first foster failure. She's a scruffy, black and tan (with silver outer coat) Yorkshire Terrier X Shih Tzu mix and was born 4/1/11. She was an owner surrender. An elderly woman bought her from a "breeder" and soon realized that puppies are a lot of work and more than she could handle. She didn't want to give her up but knew it was for the best. The woman named her Angel and obviously I couldn't keep that name because my cat's name is Angel. All shelter dogs need names so Gremlin came to my mind right away. She looks like a little gremlin.

Well, after I officially adopted her my family doesn't really like the name. Everyone wants to change it but we don't know what to call her. Ideas? Must be a name where a middle name would go with it. Just for reference, my current dogs/cats (this doesn't include the countless other animals I've owned): Destiny May: Siamese Angel Marie: DLH Oden Parker: DLH Possum Alexander: DLH Emily Rose: American Pit Bull Terrier Kaiser von Hoosen: Great Dane

Sadie is a cute name but I can't name her that. My other dog's mom is named Sadie and she's owned by my uncle. I didn't want to post a picture of her because I'm paranoid about photo theft on this game... So please don't take her picture. I am too.... lol she obviously would be an odd ball if she didnt have a middle name too! Aaleyah Rose (I would pronounce this a-lee-a, it is weird spelling but I love it. I might just name my first horse that if its a girl......or if its a boy,Gunner lol!

Yes, pretty much right. Zuh-gar(like car)-eee. You're the second person to suggest separating it into two words. I do think I'm going to keep Gremlin though. I can play with the spelling maybe. Like Gremlyn? Gremlynne? We'll see. I've had her for a week and one day now. She's showing her true colors. Pure evil, I tell ya! Pure evil!

Okay, my puppy's name is Bayleigh. It's a totally different route than I was going and very girly... lol Now I need a middle name and all will be well. So far I have: Bayleigh Grace Bayleigh Layne Bayleigh Laine Bayleigh Raine Bayleigh Souix Bayleigh Elizabeth Bayleigh Storm Hmm... some of those are really borderline too-human.
