Our sponsors and novices must be willing to engage in friendly conversation and stay active within the community. The only guidelines to conversations are to keep it child friendly and within the ToS. Also please use correctly spelled words, proper grammar, use good sentence structure, etc. You don't have to write it like you're making an essay, however, chat speak is a real turn off regardless of who you are! Don't Talk Like This With Every Word Capitalized. Dont talk lyke dis to ne1. Also, keep it in English. Most people here will not understand you when you start speaking French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.

If we find out you attempt to use multiple accounts to further benefit yourself, you will not be allowed to participate in this program.<br>3) You understand that this program goes both ways, as in your success can only happen if you and your sponsor cooperate. <br>4) This is not an aggressively competitive environment. Any competitions will be friendly and open. Displays of aggression, dominance, or pouting in the event of a loss may have consequences.<br>5) Your sponsor is not here to talk to you every waking moment. Please understand that while they are here to teach you, they may have other clients or real life business to attend to. <br>6) This is not a permanent arrangement. You will be expected to learn at a modest pace, and hopefully be capable of leaving your sponsors wings within a month. Extensions for your time here must be approved by the Novice Reachout Program.<br>7) If at anytime you feel threatened, abandoned, concerned, or otherwise unhappy or stressed over a situation with your sponsor, please contact a Chairman immediately. <br><br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline">For Sponsors</span><br><br>1) You are not required to provide any service, free of charge or otherwise, to any member or even your own novice.<br>2) You understand that this program goes both ways, as in your success can only happen if both you and your novice cooperate.<br>3) This is not an aggressively competitive environment. Any competitions will be friendly and open. Displays of aggression, dominance, or pouting in the event of a loss may have consequences.<br>4) If at anytime you can no longer participate as a sponsor, please let a Chairman know and you will be promptly removed from the list.<br>5) If at anytime you feel threatened, abandoned, concerned, or otherwise unhappy or stressed over a situation with your novice, please contact a Chairman immediately. <br>6) You are not required to have a training kennel to join as a sponsor, nor do you even have to be an actual sponsor.
