1 question:how come all 3 of the horse banners were judged as one group?Being that somebody could have only entered 1 horse banner for 1 horse,and came in second to somebody who made another horse banner,but for a diff. horse?I might sound confusing but this question haunts me XD I think each section of the horse banners should have been judged seperate
