<br><span style="font-weight:bold">Rules: </span><br>-Please fill out the form completely or I will skip to the next person, if you don't want text, border etc.. just put 'None'<br>-Realize I have a life outside VP and I am not always on here.<br>-You may only have <span style="font-weight:bold">one</span> slot at a time, first come first serve.<br>-If you cannot afford a banner please do not assume I will give one out for free, they do take time to make.<br>-I will not give discounts.<br>-Please do not flood my commission thread with random conversations. <br>-Most of all: Do not claim my banners as yours, do not remove my initials at the bottom and do not use the banners for anything other then VP. <br>

If I suspect you took a pic from google I will not do your banner and you will have 1 more chance to find a royalty free picture. A great website to get RF pictures from are mourgefile, flickr (creative commons) and also corbis. <br>
