Graphite Drawing :D WIP 3!!

As most of you know, photography is my real love but I like to branch out every once in a while and do some other work. <br><br>I've decided to do a graphite drawing and <span style="text-decoration:underline">cookies to anyone who can name what movie the characters are from!!!</span> ^.^<br><br>I'll keep you updated wit WIPs as I go<br><br>the image is a bit distorted and I'll make A TON of changes as I go<br><br>here's WIP 1, what I call a "shape sketch"<br><br><img src="http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc69/Quiggles_101/AugustRushWIP1.png"; alt="http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc69/Quiggles_101/AugustRushWIP1.png"; class="bb-image" /><br><br>Here's WIP 2, I've started on the hair :)<br><br><img src="http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc69/Quiggles_101/AugustRushWIP2.png"; alt="http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc69/Quiggles_101/AugustRushWIP2.png"; class="bb-image" /><br><br>WIP 3, started shading and whatnot.     <br><br>Yep! August Rush! *hands cookie*<br><br>haha, lots and lots of practice. I HATE drawing people, but when I force myself to do it I realize that they really aren't that bad ^.^

    Ha! I can barely draw a straight line. This may sound weird, but her eye is really good looking. It's a nicely drawn eye.

    <br><br>Just practice ^.^ I'd be happy to give you tips if you like :)<br>Thank you! I have an issue wit drawing eyes. I can always draw one but not the other lol

    O.o I never would have guessed August Rush. I hated Robin Williams in that movie :lol: . Her eyes looks good. I used to use the split face method in school. I can't draw eyes either. Lol, I had to draw and build a face in ceramics class. I drew an alien because they are very simple to do.

    <br>Yep ^.^ it's August Rush! I hated him too, he didn't seem fit for the character >.< I usually don't use the split face methos but it helps a lot with this drawing ^.6<br>

    <br><br>Eh, semi-realism. I'm trying to develop a style. I don't like drawing totally realistic, I like them to look a bit like a realistic cartoon (if that makes sense).
