  Very interesting spider... I'd say some sort of huntsman spider if you live in the southern US, but not too sure. I'm more of a snake person myself :P

  I. Would. Have. Screamed. That thing is like..*cringes and makes a face that I'm sure looks relevant to disgust/disturbance* .. K, so here at my lovely abode, we get the common household spider. More so annoying than scary. But then there are a select few that are thiny but thick, completely black and can jump far; there's really big ones that don't have much body since the rest of it's like 5inch span is within it's nasty legs; then there's some pretty thick bodied ones that make me all kinds of antsy/disturbed/scared (just plain fraking out about it).<br><br>It's just myself and my mother living here -northern part of the east coast. So our spiders aren't quite as bad as something down south. But lemme tell ya, my mother freaks at anything. And guess who has to kill the [insert bug(s)]? Yep..me. Cuz what does she do? Run to the farthest corner, stare horrifically (if she can even bare looking at it), and scream and cry (sometimes literally cry). Despite what I can handle, it still creeps me out nonetheless if the friggin thing starts moving or coming down by a web. If it freaks me out enough, I beat the thing viciously after frantically finding something to salvage that I can kill it with. Back to that spider in your picture..that thing never would've walked away alive, to say the very least. I woulda been screaming the whole time, but that sucker wasn't ever gonna be getting the chance to make its way into my house

  I actually like spiders, to some degree. I've kinda always liked tarantulas, and I've had a bit of a fascination with Argiope aurantia for quite a while. I'll admit, I don't like having spiders in the house, but outside, they're pretty cool.

  Caged/in a tank, online, on television, etc: they're kool. Fascinating even, sometimes. In my house or around me? Never. I hate them and will kill them. Snakes, I do love though ^_^ Caught and kept a couple common Garter Snakes once.

  I love snakes. They're just completely amazing animals. I've had a California King, soon to be getting one of her babies, and hubby and I currently have a Ball Python.

  I love snakes to actually I'm thinking about getting a pie-bald ball python. But spiders are a whole different story and I would die if I seen that thing in my room. I can't even take a shower with a spider in the same bathroom with me.
