If Adapt and courage where capped there would be no point in boarding kennels. The game and boarding kennels would lose money.<br><br>I know I certainly wouldnt renew my boarding kennel if I knew adapt and courage was cappped in any way. Even if it was only capped for events, what would be the point of leaving dogs in boarding past the eventing cap?<br><br>As owner of a boarding kennel and a strong eventer for a long time in this game, I have to strongly disagree with this idea<br><br>*edit* I would however be ok with limiting adapt in courage in certain events such as weight pulling and racing that should have nothing to do with adapt and courage
<br><br>I know that i'm kinda bumping this up since it't sorta old, but anyway I just thought of this. Ive seen a few post of people saying the economy in VP is bad, and people have way to much money. That we need to take some money out becuase people are just sitting on it and not spending it. This causes items/services to cost alot.<br><br>Looking at this post and the post about our economy. I thought that it may be a good idea for VP to just have one set boarding kennel, run by the owners/ops of VP. This would slowly help drawl some money out of the economy. I know that this may make some boarding kennel owners furious, but like Brutis and a few other have said, boarding kennels are already loosing customers and in the end money because of this eventing change. I suggest that all boarding kennels should recieve an extra kennel change so that they may change to a differnt kennel type. <br><br>Good idea?
As already stated, I hate paying boarding fees and won't. Having my own boarding keeps my dogs from aging and boosts A/C as a plus, but most of all keeps me from having to spend loads of money for dogs just sitting there. I don't really care much that A/C has been restricted as far as events go because at least it can still increase. People are gonna use boarding kennels regardless just cuz they need their dogs out of the way. I think your idea is a good one, don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't be a follower and instead subject myself to creating thousands of leases all over again to holding kennels of mine so dogs won't be aged and so I don't have to pay a boarding fee.
