Buying Fame Points

I have seen some people selling fame points for VPC, whether is in the forums or in the Bark Park. I am just wondering, how does the exchange of fame points work?

    You can't exchange fame points. When you sell fame points, you actually apply them to raise a dog's stats. If you go into your skills page, the top of the page has a drop down menu with the names of all the dogs in your kennel, and it also gives a list of stats/prices. Some stats cost 180 fame points and others cost 200 fame points. The owner of the dog would tell you which stat(s) they want raised.
