I have this stupid Samsung phone -_- Okay well I have yet to break it due to user error, however it's been replaced twice already because:

1) Email and Calendar stopped open.
2) It started just turning on and off on and off...

Now... It freezes whenever I try to send a text... Well I suppose it's time to write down everything on it... Phone numbers, ringtones, etc, restore it and then see if that fixes it... if not well then I'm off to sprint...

 • This happened with my first LG phone.. D:
I took it back probably about..18 times and got some part of it replaced.
I think the hassle of actually getting Verizon to do stuff was worse..2-3 hours waiting in-line to tell me I have to pay extra, that they can't do anything, I'll have to buy a whole new phone since it isn't under contract anymore (they make phones that don't go on with life after the one year warrenty..swear), etc.
Blah, blah, blah. These phone companies don't care if we're half dead in the middle of somewhere trying to get our phones to work to call someone, I'm pretty sure they just want to overcharge us for their services..it's horrible.

 • Yea my samsung messed up as well and i switched back to my moto Q =)
 • What kind of Samsung? I had one that wouldn't send texts over approximately 130 characters. And my Motorola sent blank texts, froze, and took about five to ten minutes to just send a text... I had to keep clicking resend over and over again. After those two phones, I got an LG. It wouldn't send texts over 140 characters! That was it's only problem as far as I know, but it was a real pain in the arse. I tried getting all these phones fixed. They'd be sent out for 4-6 weeks and when they came back, nothing was ever changed, they still sucked!

Finally, I have my Blackberry Pearl. Maybe I pay a fortune a month, but it's my baby. Never had any problems, always been a good quality phone. Four phones in two years isn't acceptable, I'm sick of Telus' crappy phone quality and service.

You really should write down all your info on your phone... sounds like it's causing you more problems than anything else!

/end rant.
 • Your Moto messed up too? wow my Moto q i have had for four years 0.0 its the best phone ive ever had D=
