Doggy Nosebleed normal?

I cant tell if its a cut or a nose bleed, because its not much blood, but its deffintly his blood-My dog has a bloody nose and was wondering if this is normal. I have a cat but they get along great, and we have a fenced in yard so no other animals where in the yard.Any ideas and should I be worried?
