Lightning had a dead kid

So yeah... First goat I've lost. Just went out there and low and behold she had 3 kids two alive and kicking, and one laying in the corner dead. Well I don't know what it was, I've just told myself it was a boy, to make it alittle easier... But anyways I'm gonna miss him, even though I never actually took care of him or held him or made a bond... Sad day...

I'm sorry. I didn't know goats had that many kids, I though they only had 1 or 2 at a time. At least you hadn't gotten to know him. How are the other kids?

Aw, it'll always be hard, no matter what, if you love your animals like that. On the bright side, you have two other healthy young goats.

Exactly what happened in our Ag class

Bella had one kid, Calliente, perfectly fine, but her... sibling was born dead. Well, not technically. Bella had complications, and it was either save her or the baby. Teach has had Bella for years now, so she had to sacrifice the kid. We know exactly how you feel though. It was our first goat lost too
