  No problem, I'm not 100% sure if he'll know anything about the 30's but he's big into soccer so there is a slight possibility. I should be talking to him in an hour or so, so hopefully that's when I can give you more info.

  I talked to my friend and all he knows is "it was the year the 1st OFFICIAL world cup was played....uruguay won it". I think that's mentioned on those sites though.
