As the school year is ever. so. slowly. Screeching to a halt, my teachers are putting on the pressure. One decided to start giving us homework, my math teacher failed to explain today's lesson enough, so my homework was brain surgery. On top of my science homework, which I'm not used to, I have a project due for science. Which I've been working on all night. French is having a fashion show, which I need to write a description of my outfit for that I don't even understand how to do! Then, my dog is sick. I'm fostering two dog's at the moment and they're apparently stressing her out, causing diarrhea. I won't go into details here. We took her to the vet today, who loaded us up with meds. She threw up one of the meds, but that was our fault. I just want the foster dog's gone so I can have my dog back. I love the fosters to death, but I love my dog more. My mom is feeling similar. But she deals with it a different way. She becomes snappy, and mad. I feel anxious and nervous around her because her paitence wears thin. I guess two people called in sick today, too. I deal with stress by shutting down.. I believe that is why school is slipping. Not to mention, shutting down needs patience, which my evil stepdad never had and my mom doesn't have much to go around at the moment. Then, my stepdad was suppose to go on vacation for 5 days (yay!). Well, of course he is taking Southwest Airlines which is delaying/cancelling flights due to the incident on that plane. He said if his flight gets cancelled or delayed he won't go. Which would send me into total shutdown.

Hang in there, I know what you're going through. Lately I've been neglecting my homework. I just do one thing and get tired, so I cram the other assignments in by doing them in other classes. It's not healthy or fun....but I'm so stressed! I can't even imagine how my bad habits will effect me next year. Not to mention the whole thing with my dad's upcoming surgery.... :x

About three monthes. I get out in late June. Thanks to snow days.

HOLEEEEYYY COW! (I know I spelled holy wrong XD) we only had like 4 snow days and were having double days because then we will get out May 12

but I do go to my church school with only 10 students LOL so I guess it is a little different.

Ahh. I'm in public school. A public school that apparently has high standards.. About 120 kids in my grade alone, over 500 in the entire school. About 15 kids per class. Welcome to my world! :roll:

And btw, there's 350 in each grade in my school. Average is 23 per class

Average for me is 20-30 student per class (Public). I feel ya on the pressure. It's never fun while being in college prep classes and having such high standards. Even the honor kids get less work than us sometimes >.> I avoid honors classes and rarely do my homework. I'm such a bad example of a good student

Have the intellect, lack the drive or care. Do. not. follow. in. my. footsteps. I procrastinate too. Lol. And you know what's funny? I still pass all my classes every year XD Aaaaanyways. My school usually doesn't get out til June anyways on average. And it keeps getting pushed back whenever we have snow days. *sigh* I can't wait til I graduate next year.
