I'm torn..

I've decided to buy a 1 year upgrade, but I'm torn between auctioning it off and using it on one of my own kennels. A lot of times, when people ask things like this someone says, "well it's your choice". Yes, I know that. I'm looking for the more profitable choice. I've done my research and seen 1 year upgrades go for anywhere from 90-100 mill, then I've seen training kennels make millions on grooming, which honestly I don't mind. Training kennels seem to keep supplying. So, what do you guys think?
