Training Troubles
So today was one of those days where training becomes a real chore because of the people. It started with a couple of those people who I've never trained for before yet they message me with demands (not questions) and seem to think that they're doing me some great favor with their cheap business. Here's the thing, I have plenty of customers so I don't feel like I need to bend over backwards to make sure that every annoying person who thinks the world revolves around them is happy. I do let people know when there is a wait, as there was and is today, so that they know that it will take a few hours. And yet, today I had TWO newbies who insisted that I do all of their dogs at once and sent a bunch of messages asking about their dogs. I said I would get them all done today and I did. Then there were the contracts themselves: PUT THE INFO IN THE DOGS NOTES AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING THERE. I am so tired of contracts that don't have any sort of info. I have to send the owner a message and wait (I return the dog until they reply and send it back). Or there's the dogs with NOTHING in the notes or anywhere. Really?!I understand that some people are just unsure of how to ask for a training but then you should just ask so I can tell you. I am going to be updating my page with additional info on training contracts and cracking down harder on those who don't follow. To those of you who successfully send contracts and are polite and friendly, THANKS!! :-D and sorry for any delays, I am very sick and prone to falling asleep at random moments
