Holleywood Designs (banners now open) new and approved
So I decided to re-open my banner commission. You must fill out the mood of the banner on the form, so I know how to do your banner the way you want.<br>2. I will not lower my price.<br>3. All pictures must be royalty free and must have permission (your pics, flickr creative commons, Corbis etc..) <br>4. I will not do more the 3 banners at a time. If all the spots are filled and you post I will ignore your post and not make your banner.<br>5. Do not be rude, I have the right now to make any banner.<br>6.
