d'awww! He's looking great and seems very careful around kids! I hate when you get a horse that's pushy around smaller people even if they're well trained (espcially since I'm not exactly a giant lol)
I'll have to start giving updates on Sammy! He's growing soooo fast and his black friesian coat has come in and it looks BEAUTIFUL.

Anyways, wonderful work with him! He looks amazing!
He's my one and only (tobi not horse xD) I truely HATE paints. HATE! They're difficult to kep clean and they sunburn and they always have stained tails and white hooves and just overall bleh. And it just so happens my heart horse (him) is born tobi! Crazy! But thanks Moon. He's my boy!
Romie is turning into a big guy! Here is is (waiting on a vet trip. Shhh! Dont tell him!) With Rosie.

Ps. Idk about the size. Im in a rush and ill change it later if need be!

A few more months and i can back him finally! Dont know if im going to do much riding on him though this early on. My vet said weekend walks on the trails wouldnt hurt him so i might just end up doing that. Maybe. Ive still yet to put a full sized saddle on him though im sure he would be able to wear one by now haha
One of these days you should Pumpkin! Or one of these days in the future when i campagne for AQHA world ill pick a show close enough that i can stop on the way and ride with you and pumpkin!
Lol I actually want you to look at pumpkin. I'm starting to think he's not full QH, he just doesn't look it even though it says he is on his coggins. O: I will send you a picture.
Doesnt he have papers? Coggins dont mean anything. Ive got a mustang who my vet wrote tenessee walking horse on when he obviously isnt. Coggins are basically whatever the vet wants em to be. Dont mean anything
I wouldnt ever go off what a coggins says. Papers are the only true way to know. Or if you have him on all breeds. Otherwise he could be any mix in the world.

I keep telling them i DONT have a favorite... but they dont seem very inclined to believe me.....

From left to right... my sorrel mustang Blaze, my AQHA red roan mare Rosie, my JC reg bay TB mare Nova, my PtHA reg bay tobiano gelding Roman
He's getting taller but he's still got a WHOLE lot of maturing before i would consider him big enough to begin training. He's just so immature and not grown into himself yet. He's just big xD

I think he looks good english as well xD course i am gonna ride him both english AND western. He can really stretch down and lower into the bit but he can also travel like a western pleasure horse and LOVES playing with cows like his cowhorse daddy.

The saddle is actually a Hilason. TERRIBLE quality and i got it new for 80 bucks off of ebay but it has been a GREAT saddle for me to begin my journey in english riding in until i begin competing and get a better one. Its not high quality but it has DEFINITALLY served its purpose xD
omie got his second ride today! I cannot tell you how amazing this little horse is. Two short (and i mean short) rides and he's already pretty solid in his walk/whoa cues and turning left and right. PLUS he's sorta starting to figure out his trot cue. And lemme tell you guys.. his trot is AMAZING! Even with as super green as it is it was super easy for me to sit. He still hasnt figured out STAYING in a trot but thats not a concern AT ALL for me. He did have a tiny "i dont wanna" fit for a minute while he went in circles and kicked one leg but in all truth i laughed the entire way through it and showed him that acting up doesnt get him a break and he quit.

His attempt at "acting up"

Trotting pic. Its still green in the way of travel but he's had a 5 minute lesson on trotting so im not gonna complain XD

See how big he's gotten guys?

No bit either guys XD

Cant believe he's already two years and two months! I honestly think he's gonna be quite a big guy when he's done growing. He's always been big but very slow to mature. This is him today by my two fully grown horses. My mustang in the middle (13 year old mustang. Drafty build. 15.2- 3 hands.) and my 6 year old AQHA mare (6 years old 15 hands) You can see his still got a TON of growing to do but he's still already at the 15 hand mark. Just as big as my QH.

And for everyone who doesnt know... This picture shows exactly how i feel about Roman..♥
