A Serious Promblem.....I need Help.

Im young to start off,and my knees and my ankle hurt.its mostly my left,But now my right.My ankle could hurt with them at weeks at a Time.i think i have arthritus.When qwe run,or something else They hurt.Braces,hot showers,pressure doesn't help.Track season is coming Up,and i need them for Short&Tall hurdles!. :P

  • I would go to your doctor. When I was younger I often had pain in my joints and always just assumed that it was due to sports or sport related injuries. In my second year of college I was almost constantly in pain, fatigued, and just generally feeling like crap. Spent the next year trying to figure out what the issue was and was eventually diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis. So years later I'm on a whole bunch of meds and still trying to get it under control, but it's better than it was :P<br><br>It's important to find out if it is or isn't arthritis, because some types of arthritis can cause joint damage if left untreated.

  • It's probably just wear and tear on your joints. My shoulders and hips get like that after practice, especially after doing fly.

  • you should warm up before running, it actually works. When I have not run all day or sumthin and I start running my ankles hert really bad.
