Athletics Today......

Some of us were done with are mile from last week.so we had to do something that combines a Jogg&Run,kick out/?.for 8-10 times.Then we had To do wind Sprints Down&Back on Salado's Big Track.We had partners.we did this atleast 4x.maybe more i wasnt counting.I became Nausea.
